The local builders describe Charlotte Cook, of Hometech-UK, as "the Magic Man". She is, indeed, magic. Her work was flawless: for example, cupboard doors that had been marked or damaged during manufacture or installation. After her work the marks were, to my eye wearing new-ish glasses, gone. Other repairs and rectifications she undertook were excellent and accompanies by Charlotte's humour, good grace and attention to quality and detail.

Just a quick note to say thank you to Joanne, Matt and especially Euan(technician) for a great service and for an excellent repair on our new site at Grantham ready for customer completion/move in tomorrow.

I highly recommend Karl Durkin from Hometech UK Limited. Hometech was appointed by my vendor (Stonebond @ Waterbeach) to fix chipped kitchen units and a highly scratched patio door at plot 6. Karl is highly talented. Karl was able to blend in the surface texture and match the original colour. Many thanks.

We had an issue with the acrylic facing peeling away from the the bottom of some kitchen plinths due to water damage from a steam mop, making the kitchen look scruffy. We contacted Hometech-uk and in due course a very friendly and effective gent, Karl D, arrived, explained what needed to be done, and set about doing it. Karl was really passionate about getting the best result and cleared up any mess. We are really thrilled with the work and it is a cost-effective way of sprucing up a kitchen without replacing the plinths - the granite-topped island which had the biggest issue would have been a nightmare !

David Jex has been on our site doing repairs to a great standard and very efficiently. His colour matching is fantastic and you can't see the repair marks.

As an assistant site manager, I use Justin the operative regularly on my site. He always completes a high quality work to the repairs he is tasked with and works well with me and the site to to complete multiple jobs on site. Will use Justin again and again. Charlotte came out to do some work on our front and rear doors following our house move. Originally the back door had some poor finishing and the front door looked like it had been sat outside in rubble for 6 months before it was installed. By the time it was done the front door looked brand new and the patio doors you could no longer see where the damage. Great work by Charlotte, highly recommended.
